We will assist churches in securing supply speakers, interim pastors, and other staff personnel upon request. Pastoral transitions can be difficult and stressful. The State Convention has resources to help. Additionally, Kelton, our JBA Associational Missionary, is available to meet with your church to assist in the journey of selecting a new pastor. Please call him to schedule a time to come and share how we can help during your transition and selection process.
*Ministers willing to serve in an interim capacity may contact us to be added to our list of contacts to be called when the need arises.
